Bridging scholarship and practice—organizational consulting on accommodations infrastructure and policy for HR, DEI, facilities teams, and leadership teams equip modern workplaces to nurture and optimize talent. Individual coaching supports neurodivergent individuals navigating workplaces that haven't yet caught up to how they think.

Most workplace difficulties experienced by neurodivergent employees aren't deficits to be remediated—they're mismatches between cognitive architecture and organizational design that require structural responses, individual strategies, or both.
