MindSet Org Design is a consulting and coaching practice grounded in research on neurodivergent professionals at the intersection of workplace psychology and organizational design. Dr. Melissa Seipel, PhD bridges scholarship and practice—providing organizational consulting on accommodations infrastructure and policy for HR, DEI, facilities, and leadership teams, and individual coaching for neurodivergent professionals navigating workplaces that haven't yet caught up to how they think.

Most workplace difficulties experienced by neurodivergent employees aren't deficits to be remediated—they're mismatches between cognitive architecture and organizational design that require structural responses, individual strategies, or both.
