Dr. Melissa Seipel, PhD bridges scholarship and practice—providing organizational consulting on accommodations infrastructure and policy for HR, DEI, facilities, and leadership teams, and individual coaching for neurodivergent professionals navigating workplaces that haven't yet caught up to how they think.
