Agentic AI · Organizations + individuals

AI-assisted work that stays source-controlled and verifiable.

Most organizations are already using AI before they've decided how it should be used. I assess current AI use, workflows, and policy gaps, then build the governance frameworks, verifiable processes, and team training that turn scattered experimentation into a documented, defensible practice.

For leadership, HR, and operations teams, I map where AI is already in use, where it creates risk or friction, and where agentic workflows could do more. Engagements produce an AI use policy, documented workflows with clear checking steps, and training that helps staff use AI in ways they can explain and defend.

Higher education + academic AI governance

AI adoption in academic research is outpacing the policy and pedagogy built to guide it. Most institutions are deciding, in real time and often without a clear framework, what defensible AI use in doctoral and graduate research actually looks like.

I work with universities and colleges developing AI-assisted research protocols, governance structures, and curriculum requiring academic integrity and precision — grounded in a methodology built and tested through my own doctoral research, not theoretical guidance. This currently includes developing an AI-assisted research methods curriculum in partnership with a doctoral program.

  • Curriculum design for AI-assisted research methodology courses

  • Governance frameworks for institutional AI policy

  • Faculty and doctoral-student training on defensible, disclosure-ready AI use

  • Continuing education programming for licensed and credentialed professionals

I coach professionals and executives on integrating agentic AI tools into daily workflows, applying the same source-controlled, verifiable methodology I developed through my doctoral research.

This is a tailored engagement that begins with an assessment of your technical skills, current AI use, and software and hardware setup. From there, we identify where automation, agentic workflows, and API and MCP connectors (the links that let AI tools work directly with the software you already use) will make the biggest difference to how you and your team work.

Six 60-minute sessions over eight weeks, 1:1 or with a small team, with email support between sessions. You leave with a configured AI environment, two or three working workflows built on your real tasks, a documented playbook for checking sources and outputs, and a roadmap for what to automate next.

Unstuck

Dissertation completion · 8 weeks

Unstuck applies this method to one specific problem: finishing the dissertation. It is an 8-week completion engagement for doctoral candidates who have the research and the knowledge, but can't get the writing to move, with a committee-ready AI Use Disclosure Appendix built along the way.
